When you purchase hosting services with EZProvider, you can sleep easy at night, secure in the knowledge that every server on our network is actively monitored to ensure service availability. We have both local and remote monitoring systems in place. By default, we monitor Apache, ApacheSSL, FTP, SSH, MySQL and Ping. In the event that any of these services go down, our Emergency Response Team will be alerted immediately.
We actively monitor several resources for the latest in updates and security patches for the software we support. We will apply any updates/patches at a time when we feel it will be least service impacting for the majority of our clients.
